Update May 2013. The Guide to the Law has now been replaced by a new Governors’ Handbook, published 14th May 2013. The Dfe site says: The Governors’ Handbook (pdf) provides information about the role and legal duties of governing bodies in maintained schools and academies (including free schools). Read more.
